YTT West Financial Information for Summer 2026​​

• Price

  • ​The cost of the tour is $9,250. The price includes all tour expenses (accommodations, meals, activities, coach bus, etc) except the roundtrip flight into Denver and out of Los Angeles. There are NO additional fees (i.e. application fee). 

  • We have a group flight for which you are welcome to either purchase a ticket through us or purchase on your own. If you choose to purchase through us (most people do), the cost of the flight is usually between $575 - $675 depending on the airline's ticket pricing. That price includes your checked bag for each flight, taxes, and all group flight fees. We can either book you on our group flight and add the cost to your balance or you are welcome to book the flight on your own.

  • Towards the end of the summer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our summer staff bonus pool. All funds collected will be distributed to our counselors, food staff, and speciality staff (waiters, maintenance staff, bus drivers, etc.) who all work tirelessly to make sure our participants have the experience of a lifetime. The suggested contribution is $10 per staff. For summer 2026, there will be approximately 25 staff for a total suggested amount of $250. This amount is completely optional. ​

• Payment Schedule 

  • The first payment, a deposit of $750, is required to reserve your spot. The deposit is fully refundable prior to October 30th 2025.. Click "register" above. For this deposit only, you can pay by credit/debit card WITHOUT the usual 2.9 percent fee- we will cover the fee for you!

  • The second payment of $3,000 is due by January 1st.

  • The third and final payment for the remaining balance is due March 5th. ​​

• Payment Method

  • We accept payments by check, credit/debit card (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover), e-Check, Zelle, or cash.  

  • Checks should be made out to Yoram's Teen Tours and sent to:​ PO Box 64-1086. North Miami Beach, Florida. 33164.

  • Credit & Debit Cards incur a 2.9 percent fee and e-Check will incur a 1 percent fee on all payments EXCEPT the initial $750 deposit.​ While banks do not charge a fee for debit card transactions, CampMinder applies the same processing fee to debit card payments as they do for credit cards. As a result, we have to apply the same fee for both payment methods.

• ​Refund Schedule 

  • If you are not accepted to the program, you will receive a full refund. 

  • Prior to October 30th, we will issue a full refund.

  • Until November 20th, your payments are refundable less $500. 

  • Until January 1st, your payments are refundable less $750.

  • Until February 1st, your payments are refundable less $1500.

  • Until April 1, payments are refundable less 25% of the program price

  • Until May 1, payments are refundable less 50% of the program price.

  • Until June 1, payments are refundable less 75% of the program price

  • After June 1 payments are no longer refundable.

• ​Additional Discounts

  • Sibling discount of $100 per applicant on YTT West in the same summer (i.e. twins). 

  • Flight subsidies may be available for those living outside the USA depending on when in the year you sign up. Call for details.

  • All discounts, including an early bird, will be awarded on condition that your payments and forms are submitted in a timely fashion.
